Forces Discount: I offer a discount of £5 off my fees, making them £40 per 60 minute individual session, or £55 per 60 minute couples session - if one of them is in The Forces.

I am a friendly, qualified and experienced Counsellor, Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist in private practice, working from my home in Fleet, Hants. I work with adult individuals and couples. Members of the Armed Forces have all the same challenges in life that other people have (see my web site), but may also have experienced additional, horrifying, frightening and/or sickening traumas in theatres of war or peace-keeping actions. I am experienced in working with both acute and complex PTSD, and have worked with both current and past Armed Forces members. I am a registered and senior accredited member of BACP and an EMDR Europe accredited EMDR practitioner. I am non-judgmental, non-critical, empathic, compassionate, open and direct (i.e. "thankfully not touchy-feely" as one soldier I worked with put it!)
