Urban Sports Fitness opened its doors in 2011 and has been going from strength-to-strength ever since. We cater for anyone and everyone from beginners to bodybuilders and everything in between. We have 3 free weight rooms, 1 cardio room, a unique outdoor tyre flipping area and 1 large studio room.
The studio room hosts a wide variety of fitness and mixed martial arts classes. Whether it’s self-defence with Krav Maga, the age old art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or an all over body assault with kettlebells we’ve got you covered.
On top of our great facilities we also offer personal training and nutrition advice. Whether it’s building lean muscle or dropping a few unwanted pounds we can help you achieve your goals.
