Orchards Cookery is a multi-award winning cookery school (including Cookery school of the Year in 2013) that specialises in training and recruiting Chalet Cooks, but also offers an Off to University Course and One Day, Two Day and Five Day Dinner Party Courses. The courses are intensive (with more than 100 different dishes covered on a 5 day course) and are lots of fun, each day concluding with a dinner party.
