The Apples gyms of today have had to evolve consistently to keep up with the big leisure centres that began to spring up all over the country. Today we have a full class schedule boasting many different classes for all types of gym goers. Our gymnasium is a facility that is full of brand new equipment with a full range of Life fitness CV equipment and extensive free weights area that will cater for the most advanced lifters.
We also have recently refurbished our changing facilities with showers and saunas.
In addition we have just opened CrossFit Battlebox! fantastic new box offering classes and workshops
